How can I book a room? For reservations you can send an email or phone us. As warranty we ask for your credit card number or, if you prefer, for a deposit. How Can I pay? Which credit cards do you accept? You have to settle the stay account at your arrival. You can pay by cash or by credit card, VISA, CartaSÌ and MasterCard. Can I have an invoice? Sure, you only have to ask for it at the time of paying. Which languages do you speak? You can speak with us in Italian, English, French and German. Are you in central Ravenna? Our R&B is located in Ravenna historical centre, next to San Vitale, National Museum and the Dome. Are there restaurants in the area? In central Ravenna there are many restaurants (local and ethnic ones), eating houses, wine bars and pizzerie, all within easy reach. We have agreements with some of them. Can I rent a bike? R&B bikes are available for your rides without any additional cost. We only ask for a small deposit. How far is the Room &Breakfast from the railway station? The railway station is 15 minutes far on foot from our R&B. From the station take the bus “Metrobus Rosso A”. We can previously agree by phone on collecting you by car at the station. Are you near to the hospital? Santa Maria delle Croci hospital is nigh: only 5 minutes far on foot. Where can I park my car? You can park along Via Cura, it costs €0,50 per hour from 8 am to 6:30 pm. Parking is free from 6:30 pm to 8 am, on Sundays and on public holidays. Only 400 mt far from the R&B there are a large unattended free car park and a paying secure one. If you want pay just the actual stop, in Ravenna you can use the app MYCICERO, too. The service works with smartphones or traditional phones (activating and deactivating the stop by a free call, by sending a text message, or by calling the automatic responder). Prices are per room or per person? Prices are per room and include breakfast. At what time can I take possession of the room? Rooms are available at last from 1 pm, often even before. Anyway we are glad to receive and take care of your luggage since early in the morning. At what time have I to vacate the room? You have to vacate your room at 10 am. Can I enter and exit the R&B at any time I want to? The access to R&B and to every room is free and separate. When you arrive we provide you with the gate, front door and your own room keys. Is there a daily housekeeping? At what time you do housekeeping? Housekeeping is daily, from 10 am to 12 am. Is smoking allowed in the room? Smoking is not allowed in private rooms, as in shared rooms. You can do it in the balcony or in the garden. Are pets allowed? No pets are allowed. Do the rooms have private bathrooms? Every room of the R&B have private bathroom, with tub or shower; two bathrooms have whirlpool bath. Can I add a bed or box for children? Yes, you and the reception can arrange pre-emptively to add a bed or a children box. Supplementary bed extra charge cost is €20 per night, breakfast always included. Box for children up to 2 years old is free.. Are bed and bath linen included? All the rooms have complete bed and bath linen. Are there air conditioning/heat systems in the rooms? There is air-conditioning on summer and heating on winter. Every room has separate air conditioning/heating systems, directly adjustable by the guest. Is there a garden in your Room & Breakfast? Yes, there is a small, quiet and cosy garden on the back. Is there a living room? Yes, anytime you want you can rest in the bright and large living room on ground floor. Is there a room safe? Yes, every room has its own safe. Is there a kitchen with all facilities? Yes, the homely kitchen on the ground floor, where we prepare and serve breakfast, is at your disposal all day. You can use hob, oven, pans and tableware. There are even dressing and spices and you can use them freely. Can I navigate the Internet? Yes, you can navigate the web with your own laptop through a wireless access. Can I watch TV? In every room and in the living room there are flat screen TV with analogical and digital SAT TV receiver. What are your R&B breakfast hours? Breakfast hours are from 8 to 10 am. You can customize the hours pre-emptively informing the reception. What does breakfast include? Breakfast includes dairy milk, coffee, barley coffee, tea, herb teas; orange juice; yogurt; cold milk and cornflakes; cakes and freshly toasted bread; high quality butter, honey and jam; dairy ricotta cheese. English breakfast lovers are provided with scrambled eggs or eggs and bacon.
